Baifern Homestay

A nice, clean, well-kept room in a peaceful spot, with friendly staff. Good place.

We really enjoyed the cozy feel of the homestay, and the cats were a nice bonus. The staff were amazing, so friendly, helpful, involved, and concerned that we enjoyed our stay. They helped us plan our route through the city and suggested places to go, including the night market, which was amazing. Wish we could've stayed longer!

The family and staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and proactive about lending a hand. They were lovely with our two children, and we really felt welcome. The showers were hot, and the linen and sanitary facilities were clean. It's a small-scale place, so a little more modest than the bigger resorts around. We're not really cat lovers, but the cats didn't bother us. The neighborhood could have been quieter at night, though our children slept through it. It's all about expectations. We'd come back if we're ever in Ayutthaya.

A lovely haven in the old city, with small gardens and spots to sit and relax. It looks like an old house has been extended with a traditional Thai wood house. The rooms are small and have limited plug sockets. There's some road noise at night if you're in a front room. They offer a small breakfast. A nice place to stay.
