Hiso Potato Resort

I liked the gold toilet 😂😂 The rooms are clean, with very luxurious fixtures and fittings, and there's parking underneath. It cost less than 1,000 baht, so I can't complain, though a fridge would be useful. This was a little find, but there's not much worth seeing nearby. I stayed because it was close to my next destination. A great little place for an overnight stop!

The room had lots of gold and flashy decor, but it was dusty and poorly maintained. There wasn't much service either, just an older man showing us to our unit. It's basically a drive-through love motel, tucked away along the highway, out of public view. If you're bringing someone for a romp, you could try it. For the restful stay I need, this will be my last visit.

You park beneath the room you're staying in, then go up a few steps to the landing, where the entrance is. The setup is very nice, with no shared passages or entrance, so there's a lot of privacy.

It's an easy place to find, right by the main road, and looks great from outside. The room was clean and great, and the staff were pretty good. A good spot to stop, rest, and stay overnight.
