Bali Boutique Hotel Suratthani

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet, and getting here is easy since it's just off the main highway near Surat Thani. There's a Balinese feel to the place, plus a cafe near the entrance. Breakfast comes with the room, and some rooms have private parking 👍🏽😊

The staff were very friendly, and breakfast was free. There's also a restaurant where you can get coffee and homemade burgers. The hotel is on the road heading south. Rooms are simple, but clean and comfortable, and the shower has good water pressure.

I left without staying. At first, I was offered rooms for 500 or 600 baht, and I picked the 500-baht option because I didn't see a reason to pay extra. Then another staff member came over and said only 600-baht rooms were available. It felt like they were trying to charge me more because I'm a Western traveler, something that unfortunately happens in Thailand during high season.

We were three people cycling to chiang mai when we came across this hotel. It's in a good location and clean, though the place is aged. The owner was really nice and responsive. Our room was 800 baht and included a simple breakfast: porridge, bread, coffee, tea, fruit, and water. The porridge was super nice. We'd definitely come back.
