The river view is lovely, and the cabins are comfortable. The pool is nice too, though there’s quite a bit of rubbish between it and the river. I tried to help clean it up, but it didn’t work out. This place makes sense if you arrive by boat or need to take your boat out of the water. Coming by land, though, there’s nothing nearby: no shops, restaurants, bar, or supermarket, just fish ponds. They say Grab and Bolt fares are impossibly low, but that isn’t true. Their own taxi service costs more than twice as much.

We launched here for a trip, and it’s a real gem with a bar and very good facilities. The drive in with a car and boat gets a bit tight near the end, but it’s manageable.
