Location and price are the main draws: it's a block from the bus station and night bazaar. They offer a very simple breakfast, which wasn't mentioned before booking, so that was a nice extra. The dorms are basic, with small lockers and beds packed close together.

The owners were really nice, and the bathroom was pretty clean, which is why I gave this place a 2. The dorm room itself smelled awful, like a dirty, sweaty old locker room, and it was hard to breathe in there. The air-conditioned dorm isn't worth paying extra for: they only run the AC from 6pm to 8am, set to 25 Celsius (77F), and keep the remote, so you can't adjust it. I woke up sweating three times, and it was cooler outside than in the room. They also turn off the WiFi at night. I wouldn't stay again, and this reminded me why I use AirBnb or hotels instead of hostels.

Nice hostel with comfortable beds. There's a fluffy rabbit and cats on the roof terrace, which is a bonus if you're an animal lover.

A well-run hostel with very low prices. You can book a private room or a bed in a dorm with 5 or 12 beds. It's just a short walk from the bus station and night bazaar.
