There’s a restaurant on site, and the rooms are spacious, with balconies and plenty of parking. The air conditioning is cool, there’s Wi-Fi, and they offer good service and laundry. It’s next to the main road and Wellgrow Industrial Estate. The room was good, but I kept seeing baby cockroaches almost every day 😕.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The accommodation reviews said the dog fee was 200 bht. The room cost 590 bht, but at reception they said it would be 1000 bht with a dog. We agreed and paid 1000, then a little later they asked for another 1000 bht. I consider that a scam. We asked for our money back and left.

I was in room 513 on the fifth floor, and every 10 seconds I could hear and feel the water pump vibrating through the ceiling. I couldn’t sleep...

There’s no generator, so when the power goes out it gets too hot. Why can’t you be prepared for that?
