The room was impossible to sleep in: the AC blew only hot air, turning it into a sauna, and it smelled strongly of sewage and mold as soon as I opened the door. Mosquitoes were all over the room, and there was a huge cockroach in the bathroom. Hygiene was nonexistent. They call this an airport hotel, but the location felt badly disconnected from the terminal. This was a nightmare from beginning to end, the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Don't waste your money, avoid it.

I booked Dwella Hotel for its proximity to Bangkok airport, but the room was dirty and poorly maintained. There wasn't enough light in the room or bathroom, and I couldn't find proper outlets to charge my phone. Staff service was awful, with rude, unprofessional behavior and no respect or willingness to help. I found no hospitality here. I strongly advise avoiding this place, even by mistake. There are better airport options.

The front desk employees were nice, and being close to the airport was the one good thing. The photos don't show what the hotel really looks like. As a man traveling alone, I was uneasy about the very poor area around the building. The beds were hard, the bathroom looked horrible, and there was never more than one person in the restaurant. You can see why it's so cheap.

The restaurant food made up for the very poor service. The reception gentleman spoke good English, which was a big help, and the hotel shuttle to the airport was useful. It's away from the busy activity, though, and if you want a 7 eleven or street shops right outside, this isn't the place.

We needed easy airport access for an early flight, and Dwella Suvarnabhumi made that simple. The hotel arranged a transfer for 120 baht for two people, which was very helpful. Convenient location and transport, highly recommended.
