Gate43 Airport Hotel

After a vacation with my wife, I needed a wheelchair-accessible room. I contacted the hotel when booking, and they said they had a room for people with disabilities. When we arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by how convenient and thoughtfully designed the accessible features were. The room, grounds, entrances, and driveways all worked perfectly for me. Thank you very much. We'll be back!

A good stopover, with places to eat, a food stall, and a 7-11 just a short walk away. The rooms are small but nice, and the air-conditioning works well. There’s a nice pool, some sunbeds and other spots to sit. Good value, and the staff are friendly. Checkout is free until 2 p.m.; staying until 6 p.m. costs 700 baht. The airport shuttle is 250 per room, while a taxi is about 160.

The pool is lovely, with plenty of sunbeds and bean bags for its size. The hotel is close to the airport, and its transport costs 250 baht per person, which seemed reasonable to us. Rooms are great, with smart TVs, a chargeable minibar, and complimentary water, coffee, and tea. The on-site restaurant is pretty nice, though a little pricey as expected. Reception also has plenty of snacks and drinks, I think around the clock.

I used to stay here regularly, but the management has become far worse, and I wouldn't recommend the place to anyone. The street is dark and unpleasant, and I felt almost afraid to go outside. Service is terrible, and it feels like all they care about is money. Everything is expensive and there's nothing close by. My flight to bangkok was delayed, so I had to cancel, but they still charged me the full price. This hotel is a rip-off!
