Increase Hotel&residence

The room was much newer, cleaner, and better than the one I had at Letana last time, which was terrible. I came back to visit Letana and found this place nearby, right across from its parking lot. The golf cart shuttle made getting over there convenient. I paid 1,290 baht for a Saturday night, while weekday rooms are 990 baht. There’s a gym and a swimming pool, too. Noise is the weak point: you can clearly hear people walking around and sounds from the next room. Even so, this is better than the other places I’ve stayed. I’d pick it again if I come back.

The place is nice and clean. Just be aware they ask for a 1,000 baht room deposit, even though the room costs 990 baht. It’s returned by bank transfer after 2 PM.

We stayed several nights while accompanying my uncle for heart surgery at Chulalongkorn Hospital. I was impressed with the attentive, lovely housekeeper. The room was very clean and looked new. Before finding this place, I’d stayed at a nearby hotel that was expensive and had dark rooms. Here I was very satisfied with the price, room, and staff service. I’d highly recommend it.

The auntie took great care of me and gave me a helpful recommendation. The room was new, clean, smelled nice, and was reasonably priced.
