Free parking and CCTV across the property are good to have. The manager and housekeeper are good, and the place is clean and tidy. If you report something broken in your room, they fix it promptly. You can let the manager know if cooking noise from the next room gets bothersome. Stay for a year and you get one month free.

I’m renting Room 608, and this is a very nice apartment right across from 7-Eleven. The owner is kind, polite, and caring, and sorts out problems promptly. He also cleans the air conditioner twice a year. I’ve had a great experience and highly recommend staying here.

There’s a 7-Eleven and Big C nearby, but renters don’t have a parking space.
