Letana Hotel Samuprakarn

Music is everywhere here, with pianos and old records all around, which makes the place feel like a dream for music lovers. We stayed one night and enjoyed the leafy grounds and the striking red bridge. The night had a great feel, with a live concert, tasty food, and cold drinks, including Paulaner beer. A fun place to unwind with music.

The rooms were neat and comfortable, and we had a lovely five-day stay. We also played pickleball in the Active Zone. It was easy to get transportation to and from the hotel, and every area looks great in photos, especially at night. Letana Hotel & Restaurant 24 Hrs. is a long trip from another country, but worth it even with the language barrier. I love the distinctive concept and elegant look, which reflects the owner’s careful taste. The displays of pianos, radios, art, old toys, games, and other collectibles show a range of guest interests as well as the owner’s personality. You don’t see that in other hotels. All the food we ordered from Day 1 through Day 5 was tasty, and it came quickly. The prices felt fair, not actually expensive, for a hotel and restaurant open 24 hours. The staff were polite and very accommodating, especially “Tanoy and Pam Boon.” Most of them have a language barrier, but Google Translate saved us, haha! My favorite part of staying at Letana was watching the Letana Band. I’d always sit in front. We didn’t understand Thai, haha, but the music, rhythm, and lead singer’s passion were mesmerizing. He’s very handsome too 😅. Definitely worth your time. Different bands and artists perform in different zones, and there’s videoke too, which my friends really enjoyed. It really is an all-in-one hotel. I’ve been twice already, and I think I’ll be back at least four times in the first quarter of 2026, haha! I’ll keep coming back. Letana is my go-to in Thailand, make it yours too!

I hate leaving bad reviews, but people should know what happened. Our family of eight had to pay 3,000 baht upfront just to reserve a table. The food was good, but nothing special, and the prices were 30-50% higher than I’d expect for the quality and portions. The drinks were where things went wrong. I ordered a Bloody Mary, or at least that’s what the menu called it. It tasted nothing like one and was undrinkable. I only took a sip, then asked the waiter if I could order something else. He said I’d still have to pay for that drink. I have Bloody Marys all the time, and this one was disgusting. I was really disappointed they wouldn’t replace it. I ended up drinking only water. I wouldn’t go back or recommend the place.

Service was excellent, and the four dishes we ordered were surprisingly good. The kitchen followed our custom instructions well. Food prices aren’t low, but they’re not outrageous for the atmosphere and entertainment. The menu is accessed by scanning a barcode at the table. It has a dedicated vegetarian and vegan section and lets you add instructions to each dish. It’s not very English-friendly, though, so having a Thai speaker help makes things much smoother. It’s a huge entertainment complex with four dining floors and hundreds of seats. Live music runs all night, with extra rotating shows like a magician and a Chinese dramatic dance performance. There’s a central stage on the second floor, so ask for a table there when reserving if you want a good view.
