The bed is good, though the rooms are old. The shower is tiny and in Thai style, right beside the toilet. In room 201 the aircon keeps stopping every 30-40 minutes with an F0 fault. They say the remote is at fault. Google suggests it could be leaking, need cleaning, or need filling 🤔

The staff were welcoming, and so was the cat, and breakfast was okay with freshly made ham and fried eggs. Still, for the price I wouldn’t recommend it. Our room and bathroom were both tiny, the beds were rock hard, and we couldn’t raise the aircon temperature. There’s no elevator in this 4-5 story hotel.

We felt right at home here. The hostess is kind and friendly, the room was clean and the bed comfortable, and breakfast was enough. There are places to eat within walking distance. Best price for the quality, and my best nights of the month-long trip to Thailand. I recommend it!

There’s plenty of choice for meals nearby, and the resort sits right by the sea, with just a road between it and the beach. CCTV also helped us feel at ease. Each morning breakfast had congee, boiled eggs, sausages, fresh fruit, and pastries. The staff were caring and attentive throughout our stay at Anchalee Resort in Bang Saphan. It’s an affordable, relaxing getaway, and I highly recommend it.

We hadn’t expected to stay, but it was a nice hotel: clean, comfortable room and friendly staff who were happy to help. Breakfast was lovely too. Praise God, I got a good rest. Thank you!
