The reception staff aren’t based at the hotel, so you have to contact them on WhatsApp and could be waiting up to an hour. They also don’t seem to honor booking order, which can leave them overbooked. Then they tell you to cancel yourself and say they’ll refund you, putting you in a tough spot when nearby hotels may already be full that day. Fortunately, after I asked, the receptionist helped check whether the place next door had a room.

The room was huge and spotless, and the place itself was lovely. You’re right by the beach and the centre, but it’s still really quiet. The location couldn’t be better.

Really good value, and I had a great stay. Mr Vikas, the manager, was especially helpful and hospitable. He’s an amazing person, and he helped us a lot. Could someone share Mr Vikas’s contact number with me?

A & K Patong stands out for its people as much as for the stay itself. Vikas ji might seem quiet at first, but he’s genuinely warm once you get to know him. He’s always ready to help and greets you with a smile, which makes you feel at home in Patong. He’s one of the most lovable hosts you’ll meet here. Highly recommended.

The hotel is just a few steps from the beach, in a lively area, but it was still quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. The room was very clean and the air conditioning worked strongly. It’s also close to 7-Eleven, the Jiangxin Leng shopping mall, and Bar Street, so getting around for the usual essentials was incredibly convenient. It felt like a little miracle. I’d absolutely recommend staying here.
