My husband and I stayed for about a week. The front desk service was great, especially from the woman who’s usually there. She was so pleasant and helpful, and the rest of the employees were ready to get us whatever we needed. The place was spotless. It may not have all the fancy extras, but we felt safe, got great help, and had a good location. I’d stay again without hesitation.

The room was nice, breakfast was included and good, and there was free Wi-Fi. The building has lifts, and the rooms come with water, a fridge, air conditioning, and a balcony. The view from the balcony wasn’t great, but it was handy for drying clothes. The bathroom could use a shower curtain so the floor doesn’t get wet. The staff were very nice and let us leave our luggage and take a shower hours after checkout.

It’s a good value budget hotel in a convenient spot, within walking distance of malls like jungceylon and central, as well as famous Bangla street. I would’ve given it five stars if they’d sorted out the problem I reported. I stayed four nights, and the room locker didn’t work. I followed up for two days, but when I asked, I was told the technician hadn’t come. They also didn’t proactively update me about the complaint. The floor cleaning wasn’t great either, and it felt sticky under bare feet.
