The setting is lovely, with gardens and villas, and there’s a quiet road between the resort and beach. But the swimming pool is 200 metres away down a lane in a residential area behind the resort, which is very inconvenient. The living room’s large windows have no curtains or covering, so other people can see inside and there’s no privacy.

The garden was beautiful, the location was good, and the employees were very polite and helpful. But I was relieved to leave my standard room, A-8, where I stayed on 8 February 2024. The room was terrible, with no sound insulation at all. I could hear my neighbors, including what they were saying, and had no privacy. They have other room types, but I can’t speak to those.

16 April 2023. The resort feels neat and tidy, and after some renovations the rooms are now very nice and clean. The beach out front is well kept, and the atmosphere is calm and quiet. Highly recommended.

It’s wonderfully quiet at night, with the sound of the ocean, and the beach is empty and great for long walks. A perfect place to unwind. I’d come back if they could solve the problem of the millions of tiny ants in the room.

The hotel grounds are beautiful, and the beach is conveniently close. The hotel and villas feel old and tired, but everything was clean enough and comfortable. There’s a restaurant by the road that was quite tolerable, though a little pricey, and a few decent places nearby too.
