The room was stuffy and unbearably hot, and the air conditioning couldn't keep up. There were no windows, water heater, mini fridge, or clothes hangers either. I've stayed in more than 2,000 hotels and hostels, and this was the worst hotel in the world.

They advertise free WiFi in every room, but none of the rooms actually have WiFi.

The place was dirty and felt scary, and the front desk service was so unfriendly. Really, really bad hotel. I'll never stay there again.

I booked two rooms, and the pictures in the reviews didn't match what I got. A06 had a broken air conditioner, a terrible TV with a remote that didn't work, and a shower that wouldn't work, so I had to use the bathtub. Someone else's car was parked right in front when I checked in. The mattress and pillows were hard, and the air conditioner didn't cool enough. A07 was okay in some ways: the air conditioning was cool and both the TV and shower worked. But the bed was hard, the blanket was thin, and I couldn't adjust the air conditioning, so I was freezing. Two stars.

The bed and pillows were hard, and the blanket felt like an oversized towel. The air conditioning was tolerable. If you find this on Agoda, be aware that it doesn't match the description. Please sort it out.
