Warm Beach Resort

For what it costs, this is excellent value and five stars are deserved. The rooms are large and clean, with a few minor issues you might expect at that price. The lady handling breakfast did a fantastic job. Thank you!

I could rinse my bike with a hose right outside the bungalow, which was handy after cycling there. The rooms were clean and modern, and they served a simple breakfast on the porch in the morning.

The room was spotless and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was generous for the room price, with rice soup as well as the usual Western-Thai options. We came during a few days of heavy rain, so the sea looked dull, but there seemed to be enough around to enjoy a night or a few days. Since it was Thursday, the little bars and similar places were closed; we did find a great restaurant about a five-minute drive away. The staff weren't rude, they just didn't speak English, which visitors to less touristy parts of Thailand can easily misunderstand. I'd stay again if I were back in the area.

The rooms are comfortable, and the hotel is in a good spot right by the beach. The night was still horrible: the managers didn't even say hello, their dog barked at night, and the rooms are so poorly insulated that a simple door separates them. It felt like sleeping in the same room as the managers.
