The location is excellent, right across from a mall, with a food place next door that's open 24 hours. It's a decent place if all you need is somewhere to sleep, wash up, and keep your things.

A decent budget staycation at a fair price, with an accessible location and rooms that really aren't bad. Room service is limited, but it feels safe for a budget option.

The only real issue was the door's security chain, which is half broken and still lets people force their way in. Otherwise, nearly everything worked: the water pressure was strong and hot, and the room and ground were clean and mopped. Nothing was stolen. Put up the Do Not Disturb sign if you don't want anyone coming in.

Food is easy to find nearby: there's a pizza shop beside the hotel, plus Taco Bell, a small Japanese restaurant, a mall across the street, and a 7-Eleven within walking distance. Iconsiam is about 15 minutes away by GrabCar. We stayed four nights in November 2025, in room #401, and heard no road noise, so we slept peacefully. The room was spacious and clean, and at about 3,100 THB for four nights, the price was affordable. They collected a 500 THB deposit per room at check-in and returned it at checkout. The room had two towels and two bottles of mineral water each day, plus a hair dryer in the drawer, a safe in the cupboard, a minibar under the table, a phone, TV, water heater, and cool AC. Bring your own soap and shampoo if you can, as they only provide small tubes. Staff cleaned on the first and third days, but missed the second day. We checked out very early on day four. I'm not sure if rooms are meant to be cleaned daily or if there was a cleaning roster, but it wasn't really a problem for me. When they did clean, they changed the towels and left two free bottles of water. Reception staff weren't fluent in English, so communication could be difficult, though Google Translate helped us. For the affordable price, we enjoyed our stay. A few things could be better, but it was still okay for me.
