2.5 stars ⭐️⭐️ I knew the bed was pretty cheap when I booked, so I wasn't expecting much. Still, these are the drawbacks I noticed, just so other people know. The good parts are the friendly, welcoming staff, a clean bed, and a great location. The metro station is close, so getting around is easy, and there are some lovely streets within walking distance. I stayed in a dorm. Each person has a little nook, but it only feels private at first. The walls are thin, so you hear every noise, and the light in one nook lights up the whole room. The door creaks and has a bell that rings whenever someone comes in. Maybe that's just for Christmas. In the bathroom, there's a frosted glass door right by the shower. It doesn't lock, and I couldn't tell where it went, so showering felt weird. It might just lead to a utility closet. For budget travel in Bangkok, it's okay value for money.
