The Landmark Bangkok

Breakfast was a standout on both visits to The Landmark. There’s a smaller selection with a great view on the 23rd floor, and a much wider spread downstairs, from eggs and bacon to fresh noodle soup. The orange juice was real, and the staff were attentive and polite. The rooms were spotless, with automatic curtains, bedside controls for lights and air conditioning, handy USB and power sockets by the desk, and internet around 43 mbps. The amenities kit, including a disposable razor, was probably the best I’ve seen. We came back about a week after our first stay because we liked it so much. A few things could be better: there’s nowhere for family to sit in the lobby during check-in, the breakfast music can be loud, and the window between the bed and toilet/shower area was less private on our second visit. The first room had a Venetian blind; the second had electronic frosted glass, but you could still see someone on the toilet. We turned off the bathroom lights when using it. Also, I was told at the desk that we weren’t eligible for happy hour, then later saw a sign advertising it. I’d stay again, but would request a room with Venetian blinds and find a nearby bar or restaurant for happy hour.

This was my sixth time at The Landmark Bangkok, and it’s become a place I trust and like returning to. The reception team is excellent, and everyone is welcoming, supportive, and smiling. Rooms are comfortable and very clean, with housekeeping every day. The location makes it easy to reach everything on foot, and the food is a highlight, with a broad range of cuisines and consistently good quality. Wi-Fi did occasionally disconnect after midnight, a small downside that felt like a nudge to get some rest. Good value for business or leisure.

The Landmark was in a handy spot right by Nana BTS Skytrain. We enjoyed the nice rooms, and the staff really went out of their way for us. Even the lobby smelled amazing.

The staff made this stay memorable. Everyone we met was smiling and professional, and Clovis was especially helpful with restaurant suggestions and arranging transport. He greeted us by name with a big smile each time and made us feel very looked after. The Landmark Bangkok is steps from Nana BTS on Sukhumvit Road, with street food, nightlife, Terminal 21, night markets, restaurants, and rooftop bars nearby. The city views from the spacious, spotless rooms were lovely, and the lobby was stunning. It felt like a luxurious stay with real Thai warmth and care in the details. We’re already planning another visit.
