If you’re into the gym, the free weightlifting room alone makes this place worth it. It has dumbbells, smith machines, a squat rack, benches and more. There’s also a cardio room on the 2nd floor near the check-in desk. The beds are stiff, but after training and travel they were fine for me. A decent stay for a solo gym rat.

I rented a basic room by the month for 8k thb, which feels like a very fair price. The mattress is hard, and there’s no cleaning service. For the money, I still think it’s worth staying.

Above average, with clean, nice rooms that come with Wi-Fi for two people, a microwave, fridge, LCD, two single beds, a separate bathroom, tables and chairs. Monthly contracts are affordable at 6500-7000 baht/month, and there’s a free gym for one person per room. You can refill water bottles with clean water for free anytime, and washing machines take 30 baht/use. Staff are nice and friendly, and the owners or managers speak English well. The location is handy, near the main street and its 7-Eleven, markets, supermarkets, bus stop, cafes, cheap restaurants and even pubs like Tawanna. Two downsides: electricity costs more than elsewhere at 8 baht, and Wi-Fi is really bad in some rooms.

The woman managing the place was completely unfriendly, and the management was horrible. She treated customers terribly and wouldn’t let guests turn on the air conditioner in the shared guest area in 37c weather. They also charge long-term residents massive extra amounts for electricity and water. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all!
