The Fig Lobby Hotel

Finding a hotel that welcomes pets can be hard, but this place felt like paradise for us and our pup. The property is gorgeous, and the service was outstanding. Huge thanks to Naja and Pae, and especially khun kiwi. They took wonderful care of us and gave our fur baby so much affection, making both the people and the pet feel like VIPs. We’ll definitely be back for that mix of luxury and pet-loving hospitality.

We had a memorable four-day stay at the fig lobby, and we’re grateful to everyone there. The rooms were cozy and matched the pictures, and nearby stores and street food vendors were handy. We also tried the Amalaki SPA, which was exceptional. The rooftop restobar had lovely views, good cocktails, and great food. We’ll see you next time.

The hotel’s cheerful interiors and creatively designed rooms made the place feel lively and welcoming. Its location was handy, between modern and more traditional parts of Bangkok, and the rooftop had a lovely atmosphere for relaxing in the evening. Staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to help with requests. We had a wonderful stay and found it comfortable and memorable.

I booked a stay to see whether I wanted to build a business relationship, and I’m glad I visited first. The place was disgusting. Furniture in the lobby and cafe had stains and marks, there was black mold and mildew in the lobby bathrooms, and all the washcloths and towels we got were visibly stained and GREY. We requested replacements, but there wasn’t much improvement. The room smelled musty and WET, so they clearly have moisture issues to address. The cafe and restaurant food came in tiny portions for WAY TOO MUCH money and didn’t taste great. When I raised the problems, they gave me 500 baht credit for the cafe, maybe enough for a smoothie and miniature salad. I asked to speak with the owners, and they passed. The organization I’m with was about to spend over $10,000 USD there, and they couldn’t even have a conversation? Their loss. The sauna and bathhouse were pointless too, overcrowded with a bunch of stinky men. There were way too many people crammed into one area. The pool is barely 5 feet long, so imagine 20 men packed into that little space. GROSSS! Book elsewhere, yall!
