There are better places for less money. This wasn’t worth the price. The hotel is still being renovated and smells like a construction site. My room had no window and was dark and cramped, and there’s no elevator. There was no toilet paper, and I never saw anyone at reception. Noise went on constantly, waking me several times, and even the bed creaked every time I moved.

The room was clean and very good. They respond to problems super fast. Chinatown is three minutes away, and there’s a supermarket two minutes away.

I stayed for two weeks, and it was a noisy place. The cleaning was terrible and really loud.

The mattress had a deep sag in the middle, and the toilet felt so unstable it almost tipped over. It was utterly disgusting. I only booked one night, thankfully. A longer stay would have been a breakdown. I chose a 25-square-meter room because the listing showed a window. The promotional price was 520 baht including tax, but on arrival I was given a windowless room of only 16 square meters. When I called, they asked what price I’d booked at and said, “the price doesn't matter.” Do you understand what a promotional price is? You offered the promotion, I booked it, and then got a room that didn’t match the description. They offered only half a refund and didn’t even ask whether the mistake was the customer’s fault. That’s deceptive sales practice. If they’d responded responsibly, they wouldn’t have answered like that. The bed was so worn out, why leave it for someone to sleep on? I have all the evidence. Don’t think that just because you’re Thai, you can get away with it. If they’d handled this responsibly, I wouldn’t say a word. That sarcastic response deserves consequences. Think carefully before booking.
