Admiral Suites Executive Serviced Apartment

The room was clean and nice, and the price was reasonable. The pool is too small. What really put me off was the maid. She was nice for the first few days, but one day she didn't come to clean while I was in the room, so I called her. She'd assumed she didn't need to clean because I was there. When she saw I had a visitor, she kept saying there were too many people. I was shocked. She works in service, so why complain to a customer like that? She had no service mind, and before leaving she said she'd report me. Well, I'm reporting her too. Good luck. I'm here on vacation for two weeks, and after my beach trip I have to spend a few days in BKK before leaving. I won't come back here.

The room faced a busy street, and the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. There is a small pool, but it had lots of insects floating in it. The hotel has clearly seen better days and is due for renovation. One plus was having several English-language TV channels. Four-star hotel, though it needs work.

The only thing going for this place is its location. The bathroom had cockroaches, and the room was dirty, with stains all over. The A/C was ridiculously loud, the lighting was bad, and the Wi-Fi login sometimes wouldn't work. Not great.

The location is the one thing this hotel has going for it. Breakfast has few choices and the quality is below standard, and it's served at a different place 15 minutes away. There's no point choosing a package that includes it.
