Fraser Suites Sukhumvit, Bangkok

The team made our week at Fraser Suites easy from start to finish. Jack handled check-in smoothly even though we arrived at an awkward hour. Golf, who looks after the pool and gym, went out of his way to help, and Ricki, Yui, May, Poppy, New, and the rest of reception helped us relax after checkout while we waited for our flight. The front desk always had a smile and a useful suggestion, even when busy. We would gladly have stayed longer, and I highly recommend the hotel.

After four nights here, we’re on our way to the airport and would definitely consider Fraser Suites for our next Bangkok trip. The staff were professional, friendly, and helpful, from reception and security to the room cleaner. Our rooms were big, the price was very nice, and the location is handy for city attractions, restaurants, massage parlors, and the BTS station. Bangkok traffic can be rough, but that’s the city, and the hotel arranged an airport ride at a very competitive price. The rooftop bar was great. We didn’t get to try the hotel’s Indian restaurant, Charcoal, so maybe next time.

We had a wonderful two-week stay at Fraser Suites Bangkok. The rooms are self-contained and serviced, and ours was spotless, with an enormous king bed and very comfortable pillows. Housekeepers were polite and obliging, while the front desk was courteous and extremely helpful. Breakfast room staff were so friendly and gave us the best service, and the concierge team were wonderful. Thank you all.

We come to Bangkok often, and our first visit to Fraser Suites definitely won’t be our last. We’re already keen to return. The service was courteous and professional, and the location worked very well for us. Our spacious, thoughtfully laid-out room had a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony looking over Bangkok’s urban skyline. We also enjoyed the Indian restaurant and the range of entertainment at the hotel, including a rooftop venue with Japanese and Peruvian food.
