The location was okay, with 7/11, Lawson, and a few food shops within walking distance. The MRT station is about 15 minutes away, so you may need a Bolt motor ride. For the price, the stay was worth it, clean and convenient, and I'd recommend it to visitors in the area. We stayed from Nov 20-25, 2025. The rooms were clean, spacious, and smelled great, with towels, two free bottled waters, soap, body wash, and shampoo. Honestly, the room was a 10/10. There's an elevator, so no need to haul luggage up the stairs. The staff were very kind, accommodating, helpful, and spoke English, which made communication easy. Laundry was convenient for a longer stay, 40 baht for washing and 10 baht for every 10 minutes in the dryer.

The room was so cramped it was hard to move around, and the shower and toilet were combined even though this was supposedly a superior room. The elevator is hydraulic, painfully slow, and didn’t feel safe. There’s no soundproofing either, so road noise made it impossible for me to sleep. It is a new, modern hotel and the cleanliness was fairly good. The location is okay: down a dark, odd alley, but near a 7/11 and within walking distance of the central area. Just know what comes with the low price.

The staff were so helpful and kept the room clean, and the location and price were great. We only booked a couple of days, then extended our stay. Lovely service from friendly people. Highly recommend!

It’s a good spot, within walking distance of the train station and connected to the queen SiriKit convention centre. My only bit of feedback is that they didn’t provide a toothbrush or toothpaste.
