The room was roomy and nice, and it was close to my office, though still a long way from the city. The water never got very hot, and the reception area felt cold. WiFi was slow at night, and having to connect through the hotel website first made it annoying to use.

The staff were really friendly, and there’s a morning market and plenty of good places to eat across the street. Our room had lots of space, but the bed felt worn out and left me with awful back pain after a couple of nights. Breakfast also seemed overpriced for what you get.

The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms clean, and breakfast was good. Northgate is handy for the skytrain, with the metro only a few stops away.

There’s a large open mall nearby with places to eat, shops, a supermarket and cinemas. The hotel itself has big, clean rooms and a small rooftop pool and gym. It’s well away from the city centre, so you’ll need a taxi or Bolt, or you can take the train. The shuttle only runs at certain times; otherwise it’s a 10-15 minute walk.

The rooftop pool and gym are lovely, and there’s plenty of food and bars nearby. Staff were amazing, the rooms were large, and breakfast was superb. The free tuk tuk takes you to the BTS station, and WiFi was good. The only downside for me was the older TVs.
