Hair was still on the floor after the daily housekeeping, so the room cleaning felt careless and superficial. The extra charge at check-in was also a problem. I explained more than once that my second child was 6, born on September 17, 2019, but the staff kept insisting the child was 7 and that we needed to pay for an extra bed. They wouldn't reconsider, and I paid because I didn't want to spoil the family trip. The manager later acknowledged the mistake and promised to refund the money. So far, there's been no refund, confirmation, or paperwork. With the poor cleaning and unresolved charge, the stay fell below basic expectations. Be careful to check charges and don't rely on a verbal refund promise.

Just a few minutes from MBK Center, the location was excellent, and the rooms were clean. We were traveling with our baby, and appreciated that they provided a crib. Breakfast was much less accommodating. There were only a couple of set menus, with no changes or extras allowed. One morning we asked politely for a small serving of rice or an extra egg for the baby and offered to pay, but the staff said it wasn't possible. I'm raising this because the hotel's reply to my husband's review claimed they had prepared it and charged us extra. That's completely untrue. I have a message from the manager through Booking.com apologizing for what happened. Please check your information and do better.

The staff were great, and the hotel has some useful services: they store luggage for up to 3 days, clean rooms daily, and let you shower before a flight. That last one is especially handy in Bangkok. The problem was the Wi-Fi in our room. It didn't work at all. They said an engineer would look at it, but it was still down the next day. I needed internet because I didn't have an unlimited SIM card. Otherwise, a great hotel.

Breakfast choices were limited and could use some work, but the room was cozy and comfortable, with a relaxing feel after a long day out. The location made getting around easy, just a short walk to MBK Mall and Siam Center. The staff were attentive, kind, and welcoming, and everything was clean. A lovely stay for the price. I'd happily return.
