The location is amazing, and the restaurants right outside are good and stay open very late. My room worked well for a work trip, with good lighting. I was on an upper floor and couldn't hear the partying or loud music. Staff were friendly and relaxed about letting me leave my luggage after checkout.

The staff were fantastic and the customer service was great. The room was okay, and the location near Nana BTS was convenient, but there were a few hassles: no toilet paper, an air conditioner that leaked all night, and a key card that wouldn't work. The receptionist had to unlock the door with a master key each time, so I had to tell them when I left and ask again when I returned. For the low price I paid for one night, I'd stay again on a budget.

I paid for the room online, but when I arrived they said the hotel was full and tried to send me to a hostel at the bottom of the soi. I refused, and they told me I'd lose my money and have nowhere to stay if I didn't accept the hostel.
