Friendly staff, a minimum level of cleanliness, and a very cheap price are the pluses. The room itself was clean, but felt old and worn, with patches and stain marks all over the walls, ceiling, and floors. It was also very small. The toilet light used a sensor and switched off every 2-3 mins, so I had to dance around while showering to keep it on. Imagine what I had to do while taking a dump. The air con was loud all night, and the bed was hard. I picked this room because comments said the rooms were clean and new, but I found it tired and old.

The place is very old and looks like a cheap motel, but its location works if you just need a sleep before a flight. It’s in the middle of the market, and the entrance is very hard to find, so walk around and look for any marker on the wall. The City line stop to/from the airport is just 5min by foot, Big C supermarket is 10min away, and there are lots of other shopping places.

We booked the hotel for one night, and it was the worst hotel of our 4 week trip. Previous reviews said it all. Booking received a request to cancel our order, even though we hadn’t sent one, so we couldn’t post a comment on the Booking website. It said we “didn’t live in hotel !!!” We became ghosts for one night, thanks to the hotel.

The room was difficult to find with the big market all around, and I had to switch rooms because of the noisy air conditioning. The service was perfect and the price seemed reasonable, but the mattress was very hard, like in cheaper hotels.
