We couldn't sleep properly because one man was talking on his phone in the hallway until after 1 a.m. Other guests were noisy there at night too. There were a lot of Nepalese people living in the hotel. Our room also wasn't the one we had booked, the walls were dirty and needed repainting, and the ceiling had water marks and a hole.

The rooms are very lovely, and the hotel is very, very good for staying. The staff are good too. I especially liked Rosan a little, but I don't mean the other staff are bad, they are good as well. Thank you, happy 2 hotel.

I love this hotel. It's very good for a stay, the staff are good, and the room and bathroom are beautiful. It feels like it has everything in one place. Thank you for giving me sweet dreams.

The room wasn't properly equipped, and the cleaning was awful. After I requested service, they only did the floor. They left the dirty towels, didn't remove the bathroom trash, and didn't bring water. There wasn't even a room bin, hair dryer, face towel, or more than one outlet. Just terrible.

The staff were really helpful, and the hotel is close to a well-known shopping area. It's good for the price. I'd stay here again when I'm back in Bangkok.
