The noise made the first night impossible for me. At 4 a.m. a group of girls came back shouting and screaming. I called reception several times, but nobody dealt with it, and it carried on for half an hour, until 5 a.m. Then from 7 to 9 a.m., two or three girls were laughing, yelling, and making noise again. Reception was slow to check after I called. I barely slept and had what I describe as a heart attack, so I had to rest somewhere else to recover. I had booked four nights because I intended to stay, but asked for a refund for the remaining three after that experience. They kept delaying the issue. The room was spacious, but there was no soundproofing, so I don't see how anyone could sleep. The walls are thin and it's right by the street: Tuk Tuk and motorcycle sounds came through clearly even with the door shut. The AC was loud all night too. I booked a luxury twin room and got two very small beds, not even wider than hostel beds. I couldn't turn over, even though I'm slim, and ended up pushing them together. The management was bad. I paid the same as for other hotels and won't recommend this place. It's a lesson for me, and I hope it helps anyone thinking of booking.

The room looked new and clean, and the price was affordable, but I found a small cockroach beside the window table on the first night. Staff were friendly, though they couldn't really communicate in English, so I had to use Google Translate to ask about things and couldn't properly raise the room 201 issues. The air conditioner in that room needs fixing. Every few minutes it made a sound, sometimes like something breaking, and it was loud enough to wake me a couple of times during the night. Please check the room before assigning it to guests.

There are plenty of restaurants in this lovely neighborhood. The hotel itself is cute, rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff are super friendly. I liked having reception open 24/7, and the price was very good for what you get. I'd definitely recommend a stay here.

Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. It's a good hotel in Sathorn, and I'd stay again if I needed a place in the area.

A disappointing stay. We booked a room with a kids’ bed, but it wasn't provided and staff offered no fix. The AC wasn't working properly either. Staff didn't help with transport or local information, and they were uncooperative with a bad attitude. I wouldn't recommend it.
