Right next to Emsphere, so getting around was super convenient. I was impressed by the service, and the room was much nicer than I expected. It’s beautiful and great value for money. I’d book here again if I’m back in the area. Before booking, I wasn’t sure what the room would be like because the price seemed quite low for the location. The main downside was finding parking at the hotel, which can be difficult.

The rooms are large, and there’s a nice view on the way to them. But I had a connecting room and could hear nearly everything next door. Sound insulation in general is minimal, and the plugs kept coming loose from the power outlets. I also noticed a persistent cannabis smell in some parts of the property, though how much that bothers you may depend on your sensitivity. The hotel is easy to find, right across from Emsphere, with plenty of places to eat nearby. The lobby has a fairly spacious, comfortable waiting area. There’s a small, rather hidden room at the back with coin-operated washers and dryers. I saw rust and mold buildup in the restroom, so maintenance and detailed cleaning could be better. The shower also lets water spill into the toilet area, which could make the floor slippery. The convenient location and roomy accommodations are nice, but improvements to upkeep, soundproofing, and the overall environment would help.

The service made for a good stay, and the staff were generally kind and professional. My only real issue was the air conditioner, which made noise now and then even on its lowest setting. It would be helpful to have staff or clear instructions by the rooftop pool and sauna, plus a TV channel guide in the rooms.

The beds were my main issue, really stiff and uncomfortable. If you have a bad back, I’d pick somewhere else. Apart from that, it was fine. The staff are polite and professional, the location is great, with a little mall across the street and the train a short walk away. Breakfast was nicely done. The rooms are dated, but it was quiet, which matters to me. I think some of the reviews are a bit harsh.
