The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Don’t go! It felt like a nursing home. We arrived late at night to a grumpy guard, who handed us a room key. The hotel was in a hospital, and the floor smelled awful. Our room was full of bugs, small and large. We asked the guard to move us and he gave us another key, but the new room was nasty too, old and in terrible condition with rust everywhere. If it hadn’t been so late, we would have changed hotels. Please don’t come here.

The room was dirty, the beds were filthy, it smelled bad, and the air conditioning didn’t work. I’ve never seen anything like it. Insects kept appearing everywhere. At checkout, they didn’t return my deposit, saying they’d forgotten it was on the phone. Earlier they’d kept 200 baht as change, and when I asked about it, they said they didn’t speak English. The two women at reception were rude and never helpful, acting like someone had forced them to stay there. I asked for the room to be cleaned and was told it’d be ready in an hour. I left at 10 a.m., but when I returned at 10 p.m., it still hadn’t been cleaned. It felt like they were messing with customers because of their egos. The manager was like someone off the street who didn’t know how to speak to a customer. After all that happened, she told me to go to the police. It’s a strange place and a waste of time and money. If you want to live with insects, go here.

The room was clean, the service was good, and the price was reasonable.

Low-key place with a clean room for a very low price. It’s an excellent stop if you’re heading to Kanchanabury, since it’s very close to the train station.
