I’d happily stay at Thomson Hotel again. The place was clean and well maintained when we arrived, and housekeeping and maintenance responded quickly whenever we asked for something. Irin at reception deserves a special mention. She was warm, friendly, professional, and always willing to help, including with suggestions for nearby tourist attractions. Her positive attitude made the stay feel more personal. We’d recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok.

Thomson Residence worked out really well for our conference at Bitec, which is within walking distance. Our room was very clean and the service was excellent. We were so happy with the stay and highly recommend this place.

It’s an older place, but very clean, and they leave water bottles every day. The staff are wonderful and helpful. If you’re going to a conference, it’s a great budget option because it’s super close to the main conference buildings.

The front desk service was excellent, and the rooms were clean. Bitec, 7-Eleven, and Home Pro, which has restaurants, are all within walking distance. There’s a free shuttle to Bitec, and it was easy to get a Grab to go elsewhere.

Good stay for an event at BITEC. The Thomson Hotel is close enough to walk there and also offers a free shuttle. The rooms are on the small side, but very clean.
