I had brunch earlier today and really enjoyed it. The menu had a wide range of choices, and the food was delicious across the different cooking styles. The portions were a good size too, and the salmon pasta was my favorite. Attentive service and a top-notch ambience. 😋

I don't usually write reviews, but this was my first trip to Bangkok and one of the best hotel experiences I've had. The staff were friendly and knew the menu well, and everything felt easy from check-in onward. After the long flight, we booked a spa treatment right away. It was spotless and well maintained, with incredibly soft towels. Our room was spacious, and the bed and soft, high-quality bedding were so comfortable it was hard to get up in the morning. The restaurant was better than we expected, and the food was so good we didn't feel like eating anywhere else. Cocktails were excellent and reasonably priced. An unforgettable stay.

Mornings were so peaceful, with birdsong and a soft breeze, and the staff were cheerful and caring throughout. I loved how the location felt tucked into a calm, middle-class neighborhood while still being near Ari’s restaurants and cafes. The free tuk-tuk to BTS Ari made getting into town easy, and it was a welcome break from Ratchaprasong traffic. The pool is lovely, the restaurant has charm, and breakfast was fresh and delicious. My room was spotless, with a firm bed, comfortable pillows, a strong shower, fluffy new towels, and soft robes. The spa was calming, and the therapists were skilled professionals with certificates. A real hidden gem in Phahol-Saphankwai.

I had everything I needed in the spacious, very clean presidential suite, and it made my Bangkok visit comfortable and memorable. The staff were wonderful, and the hotel was clean, well equipped, and well maintained. It’s in a quiet corner of Bangkok, close to Ari BTS, with malls and markets a short Grab ride away. I liked watching squirrels in the trees and seeing locals go about their day. Baby Bar was a treat: I kept coming back to the banoffee toast and flat white before heading out. Ikigai Spa was lovely too. There’s a 7 11 two minutes away for essentials, plus some great local restaurants nearby.

The Ari neighborhood is cool, and the staff were excellent. The hotel feels modern and was clean. Get a superior room if you can, the large bathtub is huge.
