The rooms felt a bit old, and the shower drain didn’t work properly, so the bathroom filled with water quickly. At checkout, we had to carry our own luggage even though we’d asked reception to send someone. We ended up checking ourselves out, and nobody came to help, or even asked if we needed anything. The receptionist didn’t check on us at all. The only helpful person we saw during our stay was one of the doormen who works some night shifts.

The room was spacious and clean, and I found the location convenient. I could walk to two large malls and a BTS station, with plenty of places to eat and convenience stores close by. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Ms Napat at reception. There was some noise from daytime renovations, but it was bearable.

We booked a jacuzzi suite for three nights and asked for honeymoon decorations. They remembered and dressed up the room beautifully, which made our time feel special. I was really happy with the service, the staff were so helpful.

The room was pretty bad, and the kids in nearby rooms screamed and shouted all over the place. There was only one roll of toilet paper, no tissues or hand soap, nowhere to put shampoo, and the mattress was unbelievably hard. I’m giving three stars for the good breakfast, very friendly staff, and cleanliness compared with the price. We didn’t get a renovated room.

The staff were polite and really nice, and both room service and laundry were pretty good. My room was somewhat noisy, the WiFi was weak at times, and the hotel is a bit far from central Bangkok, though those things were okay. It seems to be undergoing changes, which should be a good thing, and I have no doubt it’ll improve. I’m still very happy with my experience, thanks a lot.
