The receptionist didn’t understand English, but was cooperative. They also offer scooter rentals. We stayed at the end of our trip, and the location was convenient, within walking distance of the airport. The rooms were clean and neat.

Good for a short stay while waiting for a flight. The room was clean and had a little view, and there are lots of restaurants and shops close by. The staff were very helpful, and the airport is nearby.

It’s okay for one night because the airport is so close. I got unlucky with a room facing straight onto the street, so there was a lot of traffic noise. The rooms are clean, but they don’t have windows.

If you’ve just landed in Phuket and need a quick stop before going elsewhere, or have a flight in a few hours, this is a handy budget-friendly choice. The rooms are clean and neat, and the prices are very reasonable. It works well for a few hours or overnight. Expect a basic setup. There may be only one person at reception, so don’t book if you’re after a luxurious stay, top-notch service or lots of staff.

I needed a place near the airport because my flight was the next day, but staying here last night was a big mistake. The room was dusty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. Even the tea kettle was dirty, and I didn’t feel safe using it. No one helped with my luggage, so I had to carry everything up to the 3rd floor myself. There was no customer service and nobody seemed to care or offer assistance. The airport location doesn’t make up for it. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Avoid it if you can.
