Alix Bangkok Hotel

I keep returning because I think this is the best hotel in Petchburi. The rooms are clean, and the pool has a really calming feel. There's also a gym and swimming pool at the hotel. The staff make the stay easy. Janthaw in housekeeping does excellent work, and Noor, Pim, Cee, Eel, and Rushdi at reception are welcoming, friendly, accommodating, resourceful, and respectful. Bell boys Cheto, Neung, and Plough were there whenever we needed them, driving the golf cart for pick-ups and drop-offs in their designated areas, including around the hospital. I'd recommend it to travellers who want a comfortable, worry-free stay.

We stayed here for over a month and were very happy. We felt safe, and it's lovely to have such a good team. The front office staff are friendly and helpful, especially the bellboys Mr. Nueng, Mr. Chid, and Mr. To. They go the extra mile and are real assets to the property.

Amanee and Nit were especially kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made a pleasant stay even better. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, fresh, and well maintained. Highly recommended!

The staff had great attitudes and clearly took pride in their work. One night I needed to get back to the hospital at 11 p.m., and they found someone to drive me instead of making me wait for the hospital cart. I stayed 15 nights, and they made my time going in and out of hospital much more pleasant. The hotel is efficiently run, very clean, and has nice, big rooms. The staff are excellent.
