The staff were nice and very helpful. The room wasn’t too hot, and the rental includes a fridge, microwave, and modern TV. Small rooms don’t have a kitchen or living room, so they may not work well for a long stay. Better to get one of the bigger rooms. It’s a good location, about a 10-minute walk from MRT, Central Plaza, and Tesco Lotus, though you do have to cross the big road. You may hear chickens singing near the residence in the morning, which is quite pleasant and rare in Bangkok 🙂

The price was good, and the building is very modern and nice despite the dodgy-looking area. My room was modern too, and I especially liked the view from the window. It’s close to an MRT station, though the street isn’t good for walking.

After I lost my bag near this apartment on 13/11/23, I asked the authorities to help me review the CCTV footage, but they wouldn't cooperate. The apartment owner could access the cameras, yet I was told, "Can't see it. Only the owner can see it," followed by, "The owner is very busy. I don't know when I will be able to contact you." When I asked what residents were supposed to do if they wanted to see the footage, they said nobody had ever asked. I also had the police contact them, and they then said the CCTV only keeps recordings for 3 days.
