I planned on staying three months, but ended up here for six because I didn’t want to leave. The airy, spacious rooms were good value, and mine had a nice view. Staff were always helpful. There are two large supermarkets and a small gym within a five-minute walk. I usually got to work in Asoke and Samyan easily. For a quick ride to the BTS, there’s a motorcycle stand just around the corner. Press a button and they come to pick you up at K-House. I highly recommend it.

There’s lots of floor space for the money, and I enjoyed my time in these well-managed condos. The shared areas are clean and the staff are friendly.

Six days after I moved in, they told me there were rules they’d forgotten to mention, including that overnight guests weren’t allowed and would cost 500 baht per night. That wasn’t in the contract, so I refused. We nearly had a fight, they called the police, and when I said I wanted to end the contract, they refused to return my deposit. After I threatened to call a lawyer, they agreed to give some money back, but told me I had to leave within 15 minutes. Worst experience ever. Save yourself the discomfort and skip this place.

The decor is lovely, and the staff are nice. It’s a comfortable apartment that works for either a short visit or a longer stay. I’d definitely recommend it.
