I asked for a refund on the first day because I didn't want to stay, but the staff were so rude that I gave up arguing, especially since I didn't know my rights in another country. The location is in a red light district, and I felt unsafe during all five days. I also got food poisoning from here, so be careful if you stay. It was nasty. My first room was dirty, so they moved me to another one, but the shower water was cold. At checkout, staff kept my 1000 baht because of a black mark on the underside of the sheet that I hadn't noticed. The gym was nothing like the pictures either. It was about the size of a small bedroom and had three machines.

The people working here were the highlight for me, really professional, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. My room was spacious and nice, with a king size bed and television. The pool and basic gym were on my floor, which was a lovely bonus. There’s a 7/11 next door, plus a McDonald's, shops, and pharmacies along the strip. The BTS station is nearby too. I recommend it.

The woman at reception made me feel unwelcome as soon as I arrived. She was rude, unfriendly, and didn't help me. Customer service matters in a hotel, and this place fell short for me. I hope management improves the front desk staff's courtesy and professionalism.

The room was clean, the staff were nice, and breakfast was good. One of the hotel drivers was especially helpful and very good. There were too many weed shops around for my taste. Late night music went on until morning and ruined my day. They denied it was coming from inside the hotel, which was too bad. It could have been perfect.

The bed was super comfortable and the room was really pleasant. The bathroom had a couple of small problems, like a leaky shower head that wasn't fitted properly, and the price felt high for what you get. It's a great base for exploring Sukhumvit, with good transport links. The train station is about a 10 minute walk away.
