We had to move to another hotel, and the booking fee was completely wasted. We contacted both the hotel and Agoda, but the hotel didn't respond and Agoda offered no meaningful solution or responsibility for a booking made through its platform. The property looked quite different from its advertised photos. The listings showed bright, modern corridors, while the real hallways were long and narrow, poorly lit, with exposed or unfinished walls. We only saw how it really looked in guest photos. There's also no lift, and guests have to climb several flights, up to the 5th floor, making it unsafe for seniors and unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. If accessibility, safety, and responsible customer support matter to you, avoid this hotel.

We'd booked a standard double room, but it didn't meet our expectations. The room was clean, though the sheets and towels were dirty, and they only gave us one medium-sized towel. The shared bathroom was never cleaned and smelled bad the whole time. We arrived very early in the morning and were fortunately able to check in, even though we'd told them through Agoda that we'd be late and got no reply. The room was completely different from what was shown here, and after paying for five nights, we had to stay. We left the tag asking for the room to be made, but it still hadn't been done when we came back in the evening. It seemed like one man was handling everything.

It was filthy, smelled bad, had no lift, and felt creepy. The outside looked different from the photos, so I moved elsewhere even though I'd already paid for the room. I wouldn't go back.

There seemed to be just one staff member. With no lift, I had to haul my 20kg bag up to the 5th floor. The floor up there was covered with water, like a swimming pool, and there were insects in the room. I won't come back.
