The pool is on the small side but works for a quick dip, and the gym feels new and has enough equipment. There are lots of places to eat and drink downstairs, though the room stayed quiet. The suite also had a little balcony that wasn't mentioned in the listing, plus a full kitchen, big fridge, washer and dryer. The bathroom came with a Japanese toilet and a large tub. We found the bed comfortable, but there were no firmer pillows to choose from. Shower pressure was weak, although the water got hot enough. Wi-Fi speed was fine, but having to log in each time was a nuisance. The staff were friendly and arranged early check-in, which helped, and the complimentary drinks and snacks were a nice surprise. Getting to EmSphere and EmQuartier was an easy, flat walk, and the nearest BTS was about 10 minutes away. I booked a Superior 1-Bedroom and found it more spacious and well-equipped than expected. For a Sukhumvit stay where you need laundry and a proper kitchen, I'd choose this again. Compared with the other nearby property I'd stayed at, I think this was better value than Oakwood Suite. I'll try the connected restaurant next time.

We had dinner at Grisby right downstairs, and it was excellent. If you love steak, Ox and Enbers is a five-minute walk away and is the best steakhouse in Bangkok. This was our first time in Bangkok, and the stay was just what we wanted. The building seems new and sits in an alley about two minutes from Sukhumvit. The staff were very pleasant and helped with our requests. They also left us a really heartwarming treat for our celebration.

We were in Bangkok for the first time and had a wonderful stay. The breakfast buffet is more limited than at some other hotels, but still excellent. It's easy to walk to several shopping centres, including the Em group, and to a BTS station. The family suite was roomy, quiet, comfortable, and impeccably kept. The kitchenette worked well, and having a washer-dryer was great for our family. Staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and professional. They even sorted out a small maintenance problem very quickly outside normal hours. Wi-Fi was fine, and we enjoyed both the pool and gym. We'd happily return and recommend the place.

The room was roomy, clean, and comfortable, with a modern look and everything well maintained. Staff were friendly, polite, and ready to help, and getting checked in and out was quick. I also found the gym and pool clean and relaxing, and the Wi-Fi worked throughout my stay. The hotel is quiet and feels safe, with good value for money. It's close to BTS, shopping, and plenty of good restaurants. I had a wonderful stay at GM Estate Hotel and would gladly come back or recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok.

We'd happily stay here again. The service was excellent, and Joe was especially friendly and helpful. There's a free shuttle to some locations, which was useful. Our room had a small kitchen and washer-dryer, and the hotel itself felt modern, beautiful, and very clean. It's close to Terminal Asok 21 shopping center, with several restaurants and other places to eat nearby.
