Getting picked up or dropped off right at the building was easy, and the hotel is surrounded by places to eat, street food, and malls. There's a 7 eleven downstairs too. My room was spacious like the online photos, with a big, clean bathroom. They replenished the drinking water daily, and the staff were helpful and friendly. Some didn't speak English, but they quickly found someone who could. Laundry and a dryer are available by reception, handy for a longer Bangkok stay. For a budget trip, I gave it five stars.

The room was roomy enough for big luggage, though I missed having a full-length mirror to check out the clothes I'd just bought. Shopping is easy, with December and Pratunam Market within walking distance. During my early November 2025 stay, MRT construction was going on right in front, which made it harder to stop a taxi. The staff can arrange an airport transfer by car, which was convenient and hassle-free. Otherwise, it was good.

The room was clean and spacious, and the elevator worked well. I stayed with an elderly person and had no issues. Staff were very helpful, and the location was great. Great accommodations, I'd happily return.

We came back to Bangkok and chose another place because of the notices everywhere warning that we'd have to pay if something was broken. There were so many of them that the atmosphere felt passive aggressive and uncomfortable. The place itself is nice and clean, the staff are friendly, the location is great, and prices are good. Apart from that concern, everything was good.
