Aspira Parc Sukhumvit 22

No pool or gym here, and the Wi-Fi was terrible, almost unusable. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and the small bathroom had a shower with good pressure. It's a compact budget hotel, and I'd be fine recommending it or staying here again.

After checking out, I realized I'd left a valuable silver chain in the bathroom. Forgetting it was my mistake, and I own that. But when I called to explain and said I'd come by the same day to pick it up, the front desk said nothing had been found or handed in. They denied I'd left anything, even though I clearly described where it was. There was no lost-and-found log or manager involved, just a cold “nothing here” and they brushed me off. The staff kept my forgotten item and lied about it. Avoid this place.

October 12, 2025, USD $40 a night for four nights. Google calls this a 4-star hotel, but I'd say it's more like 2.5 stars. The king-bed room was fine and the bathroom an okay size, though its drains were slow and clogged. The AC worked. My room was on the sixth floor, but a huge black structure sat about three feet from the window and blocked the view. At $40 a night, you get what you pay for.

They weren't helpful at all and didn't reimburse either the hotel cost or the professional cleaning of our luggage. There were bed bugs in the bed, and now there are bed bugs in our luggage and clothes.
