Atelier Suites Hotel

The room and bed were huge, and everything was clean, though the lighting felt a little dim. The corridor was noisy, but the receptionist was kind and there’s a gym. Good hotel.

The Wi-Fi was absolutely terrible, and the staff didn’t speak English. I asked a few questions and couldn’t get anywhere, which was disappointing for a place that welcomes travelers from all over the world. There’s plenty going on outside, with shops, massage places, and coffee shops, and the parking came in handy for our bike. The room was cleaned every day and we got free water. I liked the little balcony, though smoking wasn’t allowed there. Our room was spacious, the bed was comfy, and the shower had good hot water pressure. It did leak into the bathroom, though, and there was nowhere convenient to put my things. Hooks for towels would’ve helped. It’s a good hotel for the price if you don’t mind staying outside the city center.

They promised me a refund and lied. I never got it, and I have an active dispute with them now. The location really isn’t good. The rooms are cheaply furnished, dirty, and smell like damp carpet. I usually try to leave positive reviews, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you want an unpleasant experience. I don’t understand where the good reviews come from.

Everything else about the hotel is great, but the street stays loud until 3:45 a.m. and the traffic starts up again at 5. It never really stops. I need my noise-canceling AirPods Pro 2 to sleep.
