The staff were really kind and flexible when my Dad's condition meant we had to leave before our planned stay ended. Rent includes the utility bills, and there’s a pool, a free tuktuk drop-off within a limited area, and a children's play space in part of the garage. These apartments work especially well for families staying near Samitivej Sukhumvit Hospital. The main building is a 2-3 minute walk away, and it’s even closer if you go through the Japanese Hospital building. There are furnished two- and three-bedroom units with a washing machine, cooking utensils, soap and shampoo, cutlery, dishes, an electric kettle, and a microwave. The stove is electric, so you’ll need to buy cooking oil. The shower has a built-in heater for instant hot water. One thing to consider if you're with an older relative who has mobility issues: the three-bedroom apartments are reached by a slope down to a lower sub-garage. A two-bedroom apartment may be easier. I’d happily stay again and highly recommend it. 🙏
