Baik Suite

Baik Baik has a calm, leafy feel, though everything you need is still nearby. The food, drinks, and pastries were delicious, and the live band suited the cozy setting so well. A tuk-tuk or taxi gets you to the MRT in about ten minutes. I loved spending time here and only wish I could have stayed longer. The room was spacious and well equipped, with thoughtful amenities and both hot and cold water in the shower. I also liked the owner's effort to make room for art and a mini library. It gives the place a creative touch.

The hotel is connected to a restaurant and café, and the restaurant stays open until 4am with room service for late nights. The Wi-Fi is strong throughout the property, which made it easy to work while traveling. It's away from Bangkok's noise and pollution, so it suits tourists who want to take day trips into the city center, about 45 minutes away, then return somewhere quieter. Light sleepers should ask for a room away from the nightclub. I stayed on the far side and had no trouble.

The room had plenty of space and was clean, and the receptionists were really friendly and helpful. They also left two bottles of water each day. I’d recommend staying here for a short visit or a longer one.

The setting was lovely, and the food was delicious. Service was high quality too. I’d happily come back next time I’m in Thailand, and would recommend it to others.
