I arrived around 3.30 pm, half an hour after check-in was supposed to start, but there was no staff, no other customer, and no instructions for checking in. I called, messaged them on Line, and sent a message through Agoda, where I’d booked. Nobody answered. I waited outside for a while with no one showing up and no response, then left to find another hotel. The hotel finally replied two hours later, after I’d checked into somewhere else. Agoda customer service said they couldn’t refund me because the hotel’s policy treats failure to arrive as a no-show and charges 100% of the booking. I called again and stayed on the line while the agent tried to reach the hotel. After almost 10 minutes, she said she also couldn’t contact them. They still wouldn’t give me a refund, so I paid the full amount without being able to check in.

😺 There’s a cute cat in the house. 💕 Such a cozy place. I recommended it to friends and got good feedback. 🧺 Laundry is available for 200 bath. It was quite nice, and my clothes came back folded.

They provide milk, eggs, and bread so you can make breakfast yourself. The townhouse is very cozy and dog-friendly, with a small garden and an outside table. It has white, Ancient Greek-style architecture, and inside there’s interesting wood and vintage furniture, white linens, and floral walls. You can really feel at home here.

The hosts and staff were very accommodating, and the room and place were truly clean. They provide useful instructions for the stay and are generous with free breakfast. It’s quiet here, while still close to the BTS/train station.
